The Einhell TP-CD 18 Li Brushless cordless impact drill/driver is powered by the Einhell PurePOWER brushless motor. This brushless motor offers more power and a longer running time than conventional carbon brush motors. After registering online, the brushless motor comes with a 10-year warranty. As a member of the Power X-Change family, all batteries from the line with the high-performance lithium-ion battery cells can also be used with the TP-CD 18 Li Brushless as well.

The impact drill action helps the user deal with jobs involving stubborn materials; the impact mechanism provides the power needed to penetrate hard, brittle material such as stone or concrete when drilling. For powerful driving and fast drilling, the cordless impact drill/driver also has two-speed gearing. The Quick Stop function enables tools to be changed quickly and easily for use in the high-grade 13 millimeter metal drill chuck.

Enormous forces are involved in impact drilling, and these are felt by the DIY enthusiast too; the additional handle therefore helps to reduce physical strain on the user, and an ergonomic design with Softgrip ensures comfortable operation. For a good view of the work area where visibility is poor in new buildings, arbors or hard-to-reach areas there is an LED light. This product comes without a battery or charger. Batteries and chargers for the Power X-Change range of products are available separately.

    Love this drill

    I have been using a Bosch 18v impact drill (brushed) for a few years. I decided to buy this Einhell drill as it was rated very well online. I am amazed at how much drill it is, its powerful and easy to use. I'm sure that the top of the range Bosch and Makita would be stronger and last longer, but as I don't own any of them, so, this machine is my favorite drill of what I own.
    I love it. The only thing that would make it better would be a carry case.
