Thomas Flinn & Company's Lynx One Man Crosscut saw is made for cutting logs and beams. It has a large beech primary handle and an auxiliary handle that allows it to be used as a two man saw. (If you're planning on cutting a lot of large logs, you'll be happier with a true Two Man Log Saw.)
The main body of the 1/16" thick steel blade has large aggressive teeth in one of two patterns. The first 3-1/2" at the tip of the blade are in the Plain Tooth at 2-1/2tpi (3ppi) to aid in starting the cut. The teeth can be re-sharpened with a Cant Saw File.
