Pony Pipe Clamp Kits make economical, strong and instant-acting bar clamps.

They are easy to mount on ¾" irrigation (25,4mm) o.d pipe with threaded ends.

All Pony Pipe Clamp fixtures include quality features such as steel thrust-bearings, special smoothly cut Acme threaded screws, malleable/ductile iron casting with baked enamel finish and the original "Multi-Disc-Clutch" design.

Please Note:

  • The extra spring supplied in the kit is for replacement of the tailstock spring, should it wear out at any point
  • You will require ¾" irrigation pipe for the Clamp Kit
  • If you use a non taper USA Standard ¾" thread, the we suggest that you use Loctite on the headstock thread as well
  • Using a proper USA Standard NPT (National Pipe Thread Taper) thread you will not require any Loctite as the thread is tapered and therefore self locking

These are great!

Strong, and so versatile as the clamp length depends on you.
If the person in the previous review read properly, you’d notice that 3/4 pipe in fact does have an OD of about 26mm. Just get 3/4 pipe as stated and you’ll be fine and dont make the mistake Jokaa did.

Good Luck

Go ahead and buy the 25.4mm pipe as recommended. See how far you get

Unmatched versatility

The versatility of these pipe clamps can't be beaten. The mechanism itself is of exceptional quality and very strong. They will outlive you. These mechanisms are meant to be used with 20mm (OD 27mm) galvanized pipe. By buying different lenghts of galvanized pipe you can create different clamping lenghts for day-to-day use, or combine pipes to create very long clamps for big glue-ups. Every woodworker should have these clamps in their workshop.
